This role requires effective communication, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work under pressure within a team environment.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for IT user inquiries.<\/li><li>Manage incoming calls by logging tickets or directing them to appropriate teams.<\/li><li>Monitor and document all service desk requests.<\/li><li>Gather and record essential information about requests, affected users, and impacts.<\/li><li>Deliver first-line technical support and guidance within SLA.<\/li><li>Collaborate with second-line teams on complex issues.<\/li><li>Communicate technical information clearly to users.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate records of actions, decisions, and outcomes.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<\/li><li>Excellent spoken and written English skills.<\/li><li>Up to one year of experience in technical support or customer service centers.<\/li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.<\/li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li><li>Creative problem-solving skills for complex
