The engineer will be responsible for integrating digital customer experience tools to optimize digital channels.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms and digital channels.<\/li><li>Enhance customer journeys, usability, and conversion rates.<\/li><li>Integrate eCommerce systems with ERP, CRM, payment, and logistics platforms.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain API integrations.<\/li><li>Monitor eCommerce performance and key performance indicators.<\/li><li>Manage catalog, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.<\/li><li>Identify automation and AI opportunities.<\/li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver digital solutions and manage digital customer experience tools.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Business, or related field.<\/li><li>2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Transformation, Digital Products, or Systems Integration.<\/li><li>Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.<\/li><li>Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations.<\/li><li>Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, preferably Power BI.<\/li><li>Understanding of ERP\/CRM integrations and SEO.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>B2B eCommerce experience (preferred).<\/li><li>Knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred).<\/li><li>Experience with cloud technologies (preferred).<\/li><li>Familiarity with
