The role ensures internal systems, tools, data, and technical support enable operational efficiency and reliable services.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain a prioritized AI delivery plan addressing business problems with clear ownership and budgets.<\/li><li>Manage a company-wide library of reusable AI skills, including documentation, ownership, versioning, and updates.<\/li><li>Train employees on approved AI tools and measure adoption and performance improvements.<\/li><li>Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents integrated with internal systems, ensuring compliance and human oversight.<\/li><li>Establish and maintain AI governance aligned with ISO\/IEC 42001, including risk assessments and controls.<\/li><li>Lead the full software development lifecycle, setting standards for quality, testing, and deployment.<\/li><li>Oversee internal IT operations, including employee support, cloud infrastructure, business applications, and incident management.<\/li><li>Manage device and asset lifecycle, including Microsoft Intune and mobile device management, ensuring security and compliance.<\/li><li>Define and enforce security governance, including identity management, access controls, and audit support aligned with ISO\/IEC 27001.<\/li><li>Control technology budgets and expenditures, optimizing costs while maintaining service and security standards.<\/li><li>Build and lead the internal IT team, managing responsibilities, recruitment, training, and supplier performance.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.<\/li><li>10 to 14 years of technology experience including software development, system support, and technical leadership.<\/li><li>Experience managing software development from requirements to maintenance and reviewing production code.<\/li><li>Experience building AI agents, maintaining AI skills libraries, and using test datasets and scorecards.<\/li><li>Experience leading IT support and asset management with knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint security.<\/li><li>Experience managing cloud capacity, licenses, budgets, and supplier contracts with demonstrated cost reductions.<\/li><li>Ability to define AI approval controls, assess risks, and review security incidents and remediation.<\/li><li>Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC applying data protection, residency, and cloud requirements.<\/li><li>Fluent English with ability to explain technical decisions, costs, and risks clearly.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience
