The role involves managing engagements from start to finish and ensuring scalable value realization.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead full lifecycle customer engagements from identification through deployment and consumption, owning outcomes at every phase.<\/li><li>Define and architect customers&#8217; Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including workshops and responsible AI governance.<\/li><li>Oversee deployment delivery, managing timelines, communication, risk, and progress reporting.<\/li><li>Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers and strategies to realize value.<\/li><li>Coordinate delivery teams with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and technical execution.<\/li><li>Develop customer solutions using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.<\/li><li>Manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders, presenting business value-focused proposals and outcomes.<\/li><li>Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation for intelligent agent adoption.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS.<\/li><li>Degree in Computer Science or related field.<\/li><li>Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.<\/li><li>Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex programming languages.<\/li><li>Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end with measurable outcomes.<\/li><li>Experience in AI\/LLM solution design, agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.<\/li><li>Strong project and program management skills managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.<\/li><li>Ability to travel to customer sites as
