The position combines technical expertise with strategic consulting to develop client relationships and new business opportunities.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Use structured problem-solving to identify client challenges and create practical, value-driven solutions.<\/li><li>Oversee workstreams on multiple client projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and coordination with senior staff.<\/li><li>Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and engage in senior-level discussions in Energy and Industrials.<\/li><li>Prepare clear and persuasive client materials including presentations, proposals, reports, and executive summaries.<\/li><li>Spot and develop business opportunities by understanding client needs and supporting project conversion.<\/li><li>Contribute to proposals, pitches, account planning, market analysis, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities.<\/li><li>Advise clients on various sustainability topics such as climate strategy, ESG, decarbonisation, circular economy, waste management, water stewardship, sustainable supply chains, and sustainability reporting.<\/li><li>Support climate risk and disclosure work, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, when relevant.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, economics, business, public policy, or related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy, consulting, or related areas.<\/li><li>Experience across multiple sustainability topics within Energy and Industrials sectors.<\/li><li>Proven ability to develop client deliverables, presentations, proposals, and executive communications.<\/li><li>Demonstrated contribution to business development, client relationship management, or opportunity conversion.<\/li><li>Based in Riyadh or willing and able to relocate there.<\/li><li>Preferred experience in the GCC region and knowledge of its sustainability and commercial environment.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with circular economy, circularity, and waste management.<\/li><li>Familiarity with water-related topics including strategy, stewardship, efficiency, or risk.<\/li><li>Understanding of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 standards and climate-related disclosure
