It involves advising CFOs and senior executives, driving finance reinvention, and managing full project lifecycles.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead finance transformation engagements to modernize finance functions and create actionable roadmaps.<\/li><li>Grow the Finance Reinvention Partner team by building relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders and developing talent.<\/li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives on finance transformation strategies.<\/li><li>Transform finance data, analytics, planning, and reporting to enhance decision-making and support digital transformation.<\/li><li>Design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC using AI and automation technologies.<\/li><li>Develop ERP processes (SAP \/ Oracle) and coordinate with technology teams and partners.<\/li><li>Manage client engagements from proposal to delivery, overseeing project economics, risks, and stakeholder relationships.<\/li><li>Mentor and lead consulting teams fostering collaboration and innovation.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>15+ years of consulting and Finance Transformation experience.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of Finance &amp; Accounting processes and Oracle-enabled transformation.<\/li><li>Experience with end-to-end Finance Platform transformation programs including ERP assessment and functional design (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle EPM Cloud).<\/li><li>Expertise in AI-led process digitization including process mining, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.<\/li><li>Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders.<\/li><li>Experience collaborating across service lines to support transformation objectives.<\/li><li>Experience managing teams of 6\u201316 resources and practice development.<\/li><li>Experience leading proposal development for business growth.<\/li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree
