This full-time role is based on-site in Riyadh.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.<\/li><li>Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.<\/li><li>Perform testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.<\/li><li>Support data migration activities related to SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations.<\/li><li>Prepare project documentation and guide junior consultants.<\/li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.<\/li><li>Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements.<\/li><li>Ensure delivery of compliant and scalable EC solutions.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models.<\/li><li>Experience with HR processes such as employee life cycle management, organizational management, time and attendance, and master data management.<\/li><li>Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).<\/li><li>Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems (APIs, middleware, data interfaces).<\/li><li>Proficiency in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams.<\/li><li>Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and reusable solution assets.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field; SAP\/SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.<\/li><li>Experience in consulting environments and leading or supporting end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementation projects.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
