This role involves designing and implementing knowledge management systems and overseeing data management, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and implement processes to capture lessons learned, best practices, and evidence products across the Jordan portfolio.<\/li><li>Coordinate with technical staff to ensure data visualization products meet user needs and are clear and useful.<\/li><li>Support the creation of learning agendas, knowledge-sharing products, and decision-support materials.<\/li><li>Facilitate or support knowledge-sharing sessions, internal learning events, and dissemination activities.<\/li><li>Establish feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to monitor KMOL system effectiveness and usage.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Regional Director and technical leads to integrate knowledge management with monitoring, evaluation, learning, and capacity strengthening.<\/li><li>Ensure version control, documentation, and quality assurance for KMOL products and platforms.<\/li><li>Lead the design and implementation of KMOL services and oversee staff responsible for data management, analysis, and visualization.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Master\u2019s degree preferred in knowledge management, information science, communications, international development, public policy, social sciences, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 7 years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, data visualization, information systems, research management, or related MEL work.<\/li><li>Experience designing and managing knowledge management systems, learning agendas, or institutional learning processes.<\/li><li>Experience overseeing data management, analysis, visualization, dashboards, or related information products.<\/li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex information and produce user-friendly products.<\/li><li>Experience facilitating collaboration across technical teams and diverse stakeholders.<\/li><li>Familiarity with MEL systems, evidence use, and donor-funded programming is strongly preferred.<\/li><li>Experience working in Jordan and\/or the MENA region is strongly preferred.<\/li><li>Strong project management, writing, and communication
