They will support customers through network administration, troubleshooting via phone, email, and onsite visits when necessary.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Deliver first-line helpdesk support and manage related processes<\/li><li>Offer tier-one telephone support for software applications<\/li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting for software issues covered in training<\/li><li>Use help desk software to log all incoming calls, incidents, and requests accurately<\/li><li>Escalate calls and alert technicians about critical issues requiring urgent attention<\/li><li>Maintain skills to communicate effectively with various users about specific problems<\/li><li>Identify problems and provide suitable solutions<\/li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Fresh graduates or up to one year of experience<\/li><li>BSc degree in computer information systems or related field<\/li><li>Willingness to work different shifts: 04:30PM &#8211; 1:00AM, 12:00AM &#8211; 08:30AM, or 8:00AM &#8211; 5:30PM<\/li><li>Ready to travel and work extra hours when required<\/li><li>Willingness to relocate if needed<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English<\/li><li>Knowledge of database engines: Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres<\/li><li>Familiarity with operating systems: Unix\/Linux and Windows<\/li><li>Understanding of cloud infrastructure tools: Docker and Kubernetes, and DevOps techniques<\/li><li>Knowledge of application servers: Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere<\/li><li>Familiar with networking, high availability, disaster recovery, and backup &amp; recovery strategies<\/li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills<\/li><li>Ability to
