of complex Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce.com products, APIs, Apex\/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development, and integration technologies.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Work with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.<\/li><li>Convert business needs into well-architected Salesforce platform solutions.<\/li><li>Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business goals.<\/li><li>Oversee and govern Salesforce projects to ensure quality and standards.<\/li><li>Define and enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.<\/li><li>Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.<\/li><li>Maintain target billable utilization for the role.<\/li><li>Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery, technical deep-dives, and Proof-Of-Concept development.<\/li><li>Coordinate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.<\/li><li>Travel to client sites for projects, approximately 50-75% of the time.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Strong CRM experience with a solid background on the Salesforce platform.<\/li><li>Senior leadership experience.<\/li><li>Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.<\/li><li>Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.<\/li><li>Knowledge of design patterns, large data volume limitations, and best practices.<\/li><li>Understanding of data sharing, visibility, and platform architecture considerations.<\/li><li>Familiarity with platform authentication methods such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth.<\/li><li>Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with other business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting).<\/li><li>Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.<\/li><li>Experience with platform security features like TLS and SSL.<\/li><li>Expertise in defining system architecture, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions to meet business outcomes.<\/li><li>Background in designing\/developing large web-based systems or full software product lifecycle.<\/li><li>Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant
