It involves providing expert support, developing RFPs, assessing change requests, and reviewing performance against KPIs.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Stay updated on latest technologies, gather business and technical requirements, evaluate current IT infrastructure, identify gaps, and develop detailed system designs addressing all business needs.<\/li><li>Conduct requirement sessions with stakeholders, finalize RFPs for IT infrastructure and systems, and assist in vendor evaluation and selection with relevant teams.<\/li><li>Analyze and prioritize change requests related to IT infrastructure and systems, recommend actions, and coordinate implementation schedules with involved functions.<\/li><li>Collect inputs for IT risk assessments related to new technology introductions and collaborate with IT Infrastructure &amp; Networks Planning &amp; Monitoring to create risk mitigation plans.<\/li><li>Review periodic performance reports of IT infrastructure and systems against KPIs, analyze results, and suggest improvements.<\/li><li>Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.<\/li><li>Support junior team members by resolving escalated issues and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations.<\/li><li>Escalate complex problems appropriately to ensure proper resolution and closure.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Responsibilities (continued)<\/h3><ul><li>Train junior staff on job activities to facilitate knowledge transfer when applicable.<\/li><li>Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor junior staff workflow.<\/li><li>Support junior staff or direct reports to ensure duties are performed according to policies and processes.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.<\/li><li>Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience.<\/li><li>Proficiency in IT Compliance, Project Management, Vendor Management, Professionalism, Results Oriented, and Customer Focus.<\/li><li>Advanced skills in Infrastructure Management, IT Change Management, and IT Systems Management.<\/li><li>Developing skills in
