requirements through to launch and ongoing improvement, collaborating with clients and senior stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Translate business objectives, customer needs, and constraints into a clear digital product direction and roadmap.<\/li><li>Own the product lifecycle including design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.<\/li><li>Convert business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.<\/li><li>Collaborate with UX\/UI and service design teams to ensure product experiences meet business goals.<\/li><li>Work with architects and development teams to understand technical constraints and dependencies.<\/li><li>Manage product backlog, sprint priorities, releases, and scope throughout delivery.<\/li><li>Lead workshops for product planning, prioritization, and decision-making with clients and internal teams.<\/li><li>Coordinate QA, UAT, and product acceptance to ensure delivery meets agreed requirements.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related roles.<\/li><li>Proven ability to take digital products from business requirements through design, development, launch, and optimization.<\/li><li>Strong skills in translating business requirements into product features, user stories, and backlogs.<\/li><li>Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and release plans.<\/li><li>Understanding of digital customer experience and UX, with ability to work closely with design teams.<\/li><li>Experience managing complex digital products and working with development teams, architects, UX\/UI designers, and QA.<\/li><li>Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, systems, and technical dependencies.<\/li><li>Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.<\/li><li>Experience leading product and stakeholder workshops and managing senior stakeholders.<\/li><li>Ability to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints in decisions.<\/li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of modern product management and AI-powered tools.<\/li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.<\/li><li>Willingness to work on-site with clients when required and flexibility to work across industries and GCC
