ensure a smooth onboarding process by delivering, installing, configuring, training, and fully onboarding customers on the Qahwa platform.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to go-live.<\/li><li>Install, configure, and deploy Qahwa POS and related solutions.<\/li><li>Provide both in-person and remote training sessions for customers and their teams.<\/li><li>Assist customers with setup, best practices, and operational workflows.<\/li><li>Ensure customers are fully prepared for a successful launch.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams as needed.<\/li><li>Develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor during onboarding.<\/li><li>Document customer requirements, implementation progress, and training results.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in implementation and training of F&amp;B technology.<\/li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.<\/li><li>Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing abilities.<\/li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li><li>Comfortable working independently and handling multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li><li>Experience in restaurants, caf\u00e9s, hospitality, or retail technology is an advantage.<\/li><li>Willingness to travel to customer locations when
