high-quality software solutions for leading financial institutions globally, working under the Senior Software Development Manager within the Technical Unit.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Collaborate to develop and sustain advanced software solutions.<\/li><li>Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, maintenance, and quality assurance.<\/li><li>Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and internal teams to implement client requirements.<\/li><li>Keep updated with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages.<\/li><li>Take responsibility for assigned tasks ensuring timely and quality completion.<\/li><li>Operate independently and as part of diverse, cross-functional teams.<\/li><li>Adapt to changing project priorities with agility.<\/li><li>Contribute to a positive, inclusive multicultural workplace and accept additional duties as needed.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Degree in ICT or related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li><li>Proficient with Git, Maven, Jenkins, XML, JSON, and JQuery.<\/li><li>Experience in microservices architecture and implementation.<\/li><li>Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring, RESTful web services, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, and Vue.js or similar frameworks.<\/li><li>Understanding of User Experience (UX) analysis and design principles.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.<\/li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve browser-specific issues.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of database management systems, preferably Oracle.<\/li><li>Commitment to high-quality software programming and thorough unit
