It involves coordinating projects and maintaining strong client relationships to support SGS&#8217;s testing, inspection, and certification services.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across food manufacturers, cosmetics, personal care, consumer goods, retailers, importers, exporters, distributors, and healthcare-related sectors.<\/li><li>Position SGS as the preferred partner by offering solutions that meet customer quality, safety, and compliance needs.<\/li><li>Develop and implement business growth strategies tailored to specific sectors to enhance market presence and revenue.<\/li><li>Keep track of industry trends, regulations, and customer demands to generate new business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.<\/li><li>Establish and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders such as Quality Managers, Technical Managers, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Directors, and Executives.<\/li><li>Create strategic account plans to identify customer priorities, projects, growth potential, and service expansion areas.<\/li><li>Conduct regular meetings and reviews with customers to assess service performance and identify improvements.<\/li><li>Serve as the main commercial contact for strategic accounts and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.<\/li><li>Collaborate with SGS laboratory, inspection, operations, and audit teams to ensure projects are executed successfully and on time.<\/li><li>Manage customer requests, project timelines, quotations, and operational needs to meet expectations.<\/li><li>Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing issues proactively and supporting continuous improvements.<\/li><li>Maintain effective communication between customers and operational teams throughout project lifecycles.<\/li><li>Track developments in food, cosmetics, personal care, and consumer products sectors to identify risks, opportunities, and regulatory changes.<\/li><li>Represent SGS at industry events including exhibitions, conferences, forums, trade associations, and networking occasions.<\/li><li>Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to management to aid business planning and service development.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>5 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Testing, Inspection, Certification, Food Safety, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, Quality Assurance, or related fields.<\/li><li>Previous experience in a Testing, Inspection &amp;
