This role ensures projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while supporting sustainable water management.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Oversee irrigation engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with urban planning and regulations<\/li><li>Create and evaluate technical specifications, design drawings, and documentation for irrigation systems using standard software<\/li><li>Assess water resource needs and design irrigation solutions that maximize efficiency and sustainability<\/li><li>Collaborate with urban planners, contractors, environmental experts, and government entities to achieve project goals<\/li><li>Track project schedules, budgets, and resources; identify risks and apply mitigation measures<\/li><li>Perform site evaluations and feasibility studies for urban irrigation infrastructure<\/li><li>Prepare detailed reports, progress updates, and performance data for management and stakeholders<\/li><li>Ensure adherence to local laws, environmental standards, and irrigation engineering best practices<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 7 years of experience in irrigation engineering or related water management projects<\/li><li>Experience working in a Project Management Office or similar governance setting<\/li><li>Strong expertise in irrigation system design, hydraulics, and water distribution technologies<\/li><li>Proficient in CAD, BIM, and GIS software<\/li><li>Knowledgeable in project management methods and tools<\/li><li>Skilled in budget and resource management for large
