This role involves managing a team, ensuring safety and efficiency, and collaborating across departments to deliver technical solutions.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design and implement electrical systems including power distribution, backup power, and control systems aligned with operational needs.<\/li><li>Analyze electrical system performance and conduct root cause investigations to reduce downtime.<\/li><li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment ensuring compliance with Saudi and international standards.<\/li><li>Manage maintenance programs to enhance reliability and performance of electrical systems.<\/li><li>Lead and mentor electrical technicians and junior engineers, providing technical guidance and development.<\/li><li>Maintain detailed electrical documentation such as diagrams, schematics, procedures, and specifications.<\/li><li>Perform electrical safety audits and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.<\/li><li>Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver capital projects on time and within budget.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 7 years of experience as an electrical engineer.<\/li><li>Expertise in electrical system design, power distribution networks, and industrial control systems.<\/li><li>Proficiency with electrical design software like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.<\/li><li>Experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation.<\/li><li>Project management skills including planning, budgeting, and execution of electrical projects.<\/li><li>Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams.<\/li><li>Knowledge of electrical safety standards, IEC codes, and Saudi Arabian regulations.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/li><li>Ability to read and create complex electrical drawings and technical specifications.<\/li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.<\/li><li>Electrical safety certifications such as OSHA or IEC standards are highly desirable.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Middle Eastern industrial operations and regional
