key accounts, focusing on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage customer relationships from contract signing through adoption and growth phases.<\/li><li>Act as the main operational contact for customers.<\/li><li>Create and implement customer success plans aligned with business and regulatory goals.<\/li><li>Lead regular calls, health assessments, and Executive Business Reviews.<\/li><li>Track and manage customer health using KPIs such as TTFV, usage, health score, CSAT, and NPS.<\/li><li>Identify churn risks early and develop mitigation strategies.<\/li><li>Drive adoption of FOCAL within the agreed scope and support workflow optimization.<\/li><li>Identify expansion, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to pursue them.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic account management.<\/li><li>Experience handling complex, enterprise, or regulated customers.<\/li><li>Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.<\/li><li>Proven ability to manage
