railway telecommunications systems, collaborating with various teams to enhance connectivity and efficiency in transportation.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of railway telecommunications systems.<\/li><li>Develop system architecture, network topology, and technical solutions.<\/li><li>Design telecom sub-systems such as Fiber Optic Backbone (CTN), CCTV, PAS, PIDS, ACS, Radio Communications (TETRA\/GSM-R\/LTE\/NR), Telephony (TEL), Master Clock (MCS), and Intercom (ETEL).<\/li><li>Prepare and review design reports, Interface Control Documents, system architecture drawings, single line diagrams, cable routing plans, equipment layouts, BOQ, material submittals, and PBS\/WBS.<\/li><li>Coordinate telecom interfaces with signaling, SCADA, power supply, trackwork, rolling stock, BMS, civil works, cybersecurity, quality &amp; risk management, and RAMS.<\/li><li>Review partner submittals, RFIs, and drawings for project compliance.<\/li><li>Prepare and review Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures.<\/li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure adherence to international railway standards and telecom integration best practices.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.<\/li><li>Experience or understanding of railway telecommunications systems design and delivery.<\/li><li>Knowledge of international railway standards and telecom systems integration.<\/li><li>Familiarity with multidisciplinary project coordination in railway infrastructure.<\/li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li><li>Proficiency in preparing system architecture, network topology, and technical solutions.<\/li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in diverse,
