designing and implementing enterprise data management, governance, and analytics solutions for clients in Saudi Arabia, combining regulatory compliance knowledge with technical expertise across the data lifecycle.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead or support full lifecycle delivery of data management and governance projects, including assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and handover.<\/li><li>Evaluate clients&#8217; data environments and governance practices, identifying gaps and creating implementation roadmaps.<\/li><li>Design and implement vendor-neutral enterprise data architectures covering ingestion, integration, storage, processing, analytics, and consumption.<\/li><li>Configure and integrate data governance platforms and tools such as data catalogs, metadata repositories, and policy enforcement systems.<\/li><li>Implement data quality frameworks including profiling, validation, issue management, and remediation tracking.<\/li><li>Support master and reference data management capabilities including data models, golden records, and governance workflows.<\/li><li>Develop data integration pipelines for batch, real-time, API-based, and various data formats.<\/li><li>Implement security and access controls including role-based access, encryption, audit logging, and integration with identity management.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li><li>5-8 years of experience in data management, governance, engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related consulting and implementation roles.<\/li><li>Proven hands-on experience delivering data management and governance projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably for government or regulated entities.<\/li><li>Experience implementing or configuring data governance, metadata management, data catalog, data lineage, data quality, master data, reference data, data integration, or enterprise analytics solutions.<\/li><li>Good understanding of National Data Management Office requirements, National Data Index, and Saudi data management, governance, and personal data protection standards.<\/li><li>Solid knowledge of modern data architectures including data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, ETL\/ELT pipelines, batch and streaming integration, APIs, data modeling, and analytics platforms.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, APIs, integration patterns, and at least one scripting or programming language used in data projects.<\/li><li>Experience with on-premises, cloud, or hybrid data environments and familiarity with containerized and scalable platform architectures is preferred.<\/li><li>Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, COBIT, TOGAF, or other data management and governance frameworks or certifications is preferred.<\/li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.<\/li><li>Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for client-site work as needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<div
