The engineer supports network rollout, site implementation, fault resolution, and network optimization while ensuring quality and SLA compliance.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Install, configure, integrate, and commission Huawei telecom and network equipment.<\/li><li>Carry out IBS and site implementation tasks including equipment installation, cabling, power connections, and site acceptance.<\/li><li>Configure Huawei transmission, IP, access, or wireless equipment as required by the project.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve network or site faults.<\/li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Huawei equipment.<\/li><li>Execute equipment upgrades, expansions, migrations, and software updates.<\/li><li>Analyze alarms, logs, and performance problems, coordinating with NOC and technical teams for solutions.<\/li><li>Conduct integration and acceptance testing per project requirements and prepare related reports.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>4\u20135 years of practical experience in telecom or network engineering.<\/li><li>Strong familiarity with Huawei equipment and platforms.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Huawei U2000, iManager, or similar Huawei network management systems.<\/li><li>Understanding of IP networking, VLAN, routing, switching, Ethernet, and transmission basics.<\/li><li>Experience in commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.<\/li><li>Ability to interpret network diagrams, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.<\/li><li>Good troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.<\/li><li>Willingness to work onsite at customer locations and perform fieldwork as needed.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.<\/li><li>Huawei certifications considered an advantage.<\/li><li>Experience with telecom operators or large-scale network rollout projects is preferred.<\/li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.<\/li><li>Valid driving license may be required for field
