of complex engineering solutions, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and cost objectives while driving innovation and technical excellence.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Manage the entire design engineering project lifecycle from concept to production support.<\/li><li>Create and improve detailed engineering specifications, drawings, and documentation using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.<\/li><li>Perform advanced engineering analyses including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to validate and optimize designs.<\/li><li>Work collaboratively with R&amp;D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.<\/li><li>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers to promote continuous learning.<\/li><li>Explore and assess new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods to improve product performance and efficiency.<\/li><li>Conduct root cause analysis of design issues and implement corrective measures.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance of designs with industry standards, regulations, and company quality procedures.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 7 years of progressive experience in design engineering, preferably in automotive, industrial, electronics, or power systems industries.<\/li><li>Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, and PDM\/PLM systems.<\/li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex engineering analyses.<\/li><li>Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.<\/li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.<\/li><li>Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.<\/li><li>Experience in project leadership or mentoring junior engineers is highly desirable.<\/li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory
