You will serve as a frontline support engineer managing production systems that process billions of dollars in trades daily, working directly with the trading desk to ensure system availability and performance.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Provide direct trading desk-facing business and technical support for equity electronic trading systems<\/li><li>Own and manage the production environment for Algorithmic, Smart Routing, Order Management and MTF systems<\/li><li>Serve as level one support for production issues and incidents<\/li><li>Monitor plant health through system monitoring, alerting provisioning and capacity management<\/li><li>Automate repetitive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to improve efficiency<\/li><li>Document production changes and drive improvements to the change management process<\/li><li>Conduct incident follow-ups and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement<\/li><li>Coordinate and run emergency drills to ensure team readiness<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Experience running a production plant in financial markets<\/li><li>Understanding of order management and downstream processes<\/li><li>Excellent
