This role combines backend engineering with modern frontend and mobile development to build secure, scalable and high-performing digital healthcare solutions.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design, develop and test applications end-to-end based on user requirements across backend and frontend layers.<\/li><li>Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal services and third-party systems.<\/li><li>Design and implement secure APIs using API Gateway and API Management tools.<\/li><li>Implement and manage OAuth 2.0-based authentication and authorization flows, including JWT-based security.<\/li><li>Design and develop microservices architecture applying best practices for scalability, resilience and performance.<\/li><li>Work with SQL Server databases, writing efficient SQL queries and performing data modeling.<\/li><li>Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, reliability and maintainability.<\/li><li>Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities through code reviews and threat modeling, applying OWASP standards.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.<\/li><li>Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, .NET MVC backend development.<\/li><li>React JS and React Native frontend and mobile development.<\/li><li>Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Architecture knowledge.<\/li><li>SQL Server, SQL and data modeling expertise.<\/li><li>OAuth 2.0 and JWT-based authentication and authorization implementation.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with Redis and Redis Cache.<\/li><li>Experience with Microsoft Azure.<\/li><li>Experience with Microsoft Azure
