The role combines technical expertise in network and security infrastructure with leadership responsibilities and direct client engagement.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and management of network and security solutions for enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.<\/li><li>Act as technical lead for a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and oversight on project delivery.<\/li><li>Conduct comprehensive network and security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps, and develop remediation strategies.<\/li><li>Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, provide expert advisory services, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li><li>Develop and deliver technical documentation, including network diagrams, assessment reports, and executive-level presentations.<\/li><li>Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network security appliances including firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), WAFs, and VPNs.<\/li><li>Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements such as NCA, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.<\/li><li>Work independently on complex technical challenges with a systematic approach to problem-solving.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>9+ years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering or consulting.<\/li><li>Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers on complex projects.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP\/IP, routing, switching) and security architecture (network segmentation, DMZ).<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with leading security technologies, including firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), WAFs (F5, Imperva), and IDS\/IPS systems.<\/li><li>Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST.<\/li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for client-facing roles.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality
