You will own the technical strategy, build and architect client solutions, and grow the engineering team while earning equity and revenue share rather than a salary.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Own the technical side of the business end to end, including architecting and building client solutions<\/li><li>Choose the technology stack and engineering standards, and decide how solutions are shipped<\/li><li>Scope and price technical work with the commercial team and engage directly with clients on technical matters<\/li><li>Work closely with the CIO on both internal systems and client projects in a partnership model<\/li><li>Build and lead the development team as Gojo Systems grows, including hiring, training, and setting engineering culture<\/li><li>Design solutions from vague client briefs and manage the transition from concept to production<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least five years of professional full stack development experience with real production systems<\/li><li>Hands-on proficiency across PHP, JavaScript, React, Flutter, MySQL, HTML and CSS<\/li><li>Experience with AWS and cPanel for deployment and server management<\/li><li>Proven track record shipping SaaS or cloud-based products to live users<\/li><li>Ability to design solutions from vague client briefs rather than waiting for detailed specifications<\/li><li>Arabic and English working ability is a strong advantage given the client base<\/li><li>Temperament suited to founding, including comfort with deferred compensation and building before getting paid<\/li><li>Preference for collaborative partnership over solo work and independent code delivery<\/li><\/ul><h3>What the company offers<\/h3><ul><li>25% equity in Gojo Systems, vesting at 5% per year over five years<\/li><li>10% direct revenue share of every deal you bring in<\/li><li>5% indirect revenue share of every deal brought in by other team
