Deltek Vantagepoint CRM pilot and its subsequent rollout across KEO Group, focusing on data management, adoption, and ensuring the CRM serves as the single trusted source for client and project information.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Support the Europe pilot by refining data models, maintaining data quality, and documenting lessons learned.<\/li><li>Plan and execute the CRM rollout by division and region, including data migration, training, and go-live support.<\/li><li>Define and maintain CRM data standards, including data governance, privacy, and consent practices aligned with relevant laws.<\/li><li>Consolidate and clean data from spreadsheets into Deltek, ensuring ongoing data hygiene and quality reporting.<\/li><li>Manage business requirements and coordinate CRM integrations with Finance and IT teams.<\/li><li>Work with business development leads to keep opportunity and pipeline data accurate and produce client\/project lists for bids and marketing.<\/li><li>Support user adoption through training, onboarding, and maintaining user guides.<\/li><li>Provide usage and data quality reports to monitor adoption and identify support needs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field.<\/li><li>6+ years in CRM management, data management, or marketing operations, with at least 3 years owning a CRM platform.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint CRM or similar platforms like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.<\/li><li>Proven experience in data cleansing, de-duplication, and migration.<\/li><li>Experience working across multiple business units and countries, preferably in a matrix organization.<\/li><li>Strong Excel skills and knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.<\/li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience with CRM implementation, pilot, or rollout.<\/li><li>Background in professional services firms, ideally architecture, engineering, or construction consultancy.<\/li><li>Understanding of B2B business development, bids, and pre-qualification processes.<\/li><li>Knowledge of data protection regulations in the GCC, Jordan, and the EU.<\/li><li>Deltek certification or formal CRM administration training.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<div
