The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as maintaining IT equipment and user accounts.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network problems to internal users.<\/li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and printers.<\/li><li>Manage user accounts and perform system updates.<\/li><li>Apply basic cybersecurity practices to protect IT systems.<\/li><li>Document support requests and maintain an inventory of IT assets.<\/li><li>Collaborate with other teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliable IT services.<\/li><li>Support IT-related projects within the organization.<\/li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of technology and user experience.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.<\/li><li>Solid knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and best
