supporting technical problem-solving and governance.<\/li><li>Design and manage integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring reliability and security.<\/li><li>Oversee vendor technical proposals, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.<\/li><li>Participate in release planning, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure readiness and quality.<\/li><li>Establish and enforce software engineering standards, documentation, and technical governance.<\/li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.<\/li><li>Manage technical risks, dependencies, and promote modern engineering practices.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or related field.<\/li><li>6+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or related roles.<\/li><li>Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software platforms.<\/li><li>Technical leadership experience with engineering teams and complex initiatives.<\/li><li>Expertise in software architecture, system design, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and Agile delivery.<\/li><li>Experience with external vendors, SDLC, release management, DevOps, and CI\/CD.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of application security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.<\/li><li>Competencies in microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring, and automated testing.<\/li><li>Leadership skills including mentoring, strategic thinking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.<\/li><li>Preferred experience includes leading multiple products or teams, working with large-scale or government platforms,
