driving sales growth in the Water &amp; Wastewater (WWW) segment by promoting Schneider Electric\u2019s portfolio and managing strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Achieve and surpass sales targets for the WWW segment using Schneider Electric\u2019s EcoStruxure Automation, Software, and Power solutions.<\/li><li>Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government water authorities, private developers, consultants, and EPC contractors.<\/li><li>Collaborate with engineering consultants to influence project specifications and recommend Schneider Electric solutions early in project design.<\/li><li>Transition from product selling to solution selling by integrating IoT, software, asset management, and energy efficiency offerings.<\/li><li>Track market trends, major upcoming projects like NEOM, Red Sea, and Qiddiya, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.<\/li><li>Work closely with Tender, Project Execution, Technical Support, and Marketing teams to create competitive commercial proposals.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.<\/li><li>7\u201310 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Water &amp; Wastewater segment in Saudi Arabia.<\/li><li>Established network and proven success with KSA water authorities (SWCC, NWC), consultants, and major EPC contractors.<\/li><li>Strong technical knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, telemetry), variable speed drives (VSDs), MV\/LV power distribution, and digital water software solutions.<\/li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.<\/li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building
