The role emphasizes long-term, outcome-driven customer journeys, aligning cross-functional teams and communicating business impact.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Collaborate with customer executives to understand enterprise priorities and define a shared vision for outcomes enabled by Adobe.<\/li><li>Create a joint value roadmap linking use cases, Adobe capabilities, business owners, milestones, and success metrics tailored to customer economics.<\/li><li>Align Adobe ecosystem engagement plans with strategic account priorities.<\/li><li>Coordinate internal teams and partners around value milestones and decision points.<\/li><li>Identify risks and barriers to value realization and manage executive escalations with clear ownership and resolution plans.<\/li><li>Guide customers through business change, operating model alignment, and adoption priorities to realize value.<\/li><li>Define value hypotheses, baseline measures, KPIs, and track business impact with an evidence-based approach.<\/li><li>Establish executive governance and business review cadences to validate progress and evolve the value roadmap.<\/li><li>Develop executive value narratives, scorecards, and customer success stories distinguishing realized benefits.<\/li><li>Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders across complex regional enterprises.<\/li><li>Lead strategic workshops and executive conversations connecting customer priorities, industry dynamics, and Adobe-enabled outcomes.<\/li><li>Advocate for customers internally and position Adobe as a long-term strategic transformation partner.<\/li><li>Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, success stories, industry events, and strategic forums.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Extensive experience in customer success leadership, strategic customer engagement, or digital transformation within enterprise SaaS and cloud technology organizations.<\/li><li>Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior business leaders.<\/li><li>Ability to operate strategically and operationally, translating priorities into actionable plans and orchestrating teams and partners.<\/li><li>Strong commercial and business acumen to understand customer business models and articulate technology investment impacts.<\/li><li>Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and customer experience strategies.<\/li><li>Experience with marketing technology platforms and ecosystems, especially in customer data, personalization, and digital marketing is advantageous.<\/li><li>Proven experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships in large, matrixed organizations.<\/li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for executive briefings and business reviews.<\/li><li>Strong collaboration skills working across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and partners without direct authority.<\/li><li>Understanding of the Middle East business environment, including
