The role focuses on initiatives that improve competitive positioning, growth, and adoption of the VELYS platform in customer accounts.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and implement data-driven programs aligned with Capital Sales objectives.<\/li><li>Use market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to enhance commercial strategies.<\/li><li>Convert analytics into actionable initiatives for growth, sales, and customer retention.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Robotic Sales Manager and Joint Reconstruction Sales Force to engage customers and grow the sales pipeline.<\/li><li>Act as a clinical and technical expert on the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution, including procedural workflows and system operation.<\/li><li>Provide case support and advise surgeons on procedural techniques and platform use.<\/li><li>Support onboarding and integration of new robotic customers into clinical practice.<\/li><li>Coordinate system installations, site readiness, and customer training;
