The candidate should be an Arabic speaker with experience in Dynamics DCC.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in on-premises and cloud settings.<\/li><li>Analyze business needs and convert them into CRM solutions.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems.<\/li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM features and user experience.<\/li><li>Apply Dynamics DCC knowledge to support business processes.<\/li><li>Support system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.<\/li><li>Experience with both on-premises and cloud D365 CRM environments.<\/li><li>Arabic language proficiency.<\/li><li>Some experience with Dynamics DCC.<\/li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Preferred candidates are those currently
