This position combines artistic insight with technical skills to improve workflows and output quality.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents, creative tools, and automated workflows to speed up creative and technical production.<\/li><li>Collaborate with artists, designers, animators, developers, and production teams to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.<\/li><li>Create end-to-end pipelines for generating, editing, evaluating, and delivering creative assets in various disciplines including game art, marketing, animation, video, and audio.<\/li><li>Integrate commercial AI APIs, open-source models, and internal systems into reliable production workflows.<\/li><li>Apply artistic judgment to ensure outputs meet standards for composition, color, lighting, style, character identity, consistency, and storytelling.<\/li><li>Develop internal applications and interfaces for non-technical team members to use AI and automation tools effectively.<\/li><li>Evaluate new AI models and tools considering quality, controllability, speed, cost, licensing, scalability, and reliability.<\/li><li>Maintain production systems with proper authentication, access control, logging, monitoring, error handling, and operational visibility.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Professional experience in art, graphic design, animation, motion graphics, VFX, technical art, game art, or related visual fields.<\/li><li>Strong foundations in composition, color, lighting, perspective, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.<\/li><li>Practical experience with creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, Maya, or equivalents.<\/li><li>Ability to translate art direction into repeatable systems while preserving character identity, visual style, and brand guidelines.<\/li><li>Strong understanding of creative production pipelines including ideation, feedback, revisions, delivery, integration, and technical constraints.<\/li><li>Strong practical skills in Python and JavaScript, including Node.js, for automation, tooling, AI integration, and workflows.<\/li><li>Experience building tools, services, or applications using modern development technologies.<\/li><li>Strong API, MCP, and CLI integration skills with asynchronous jobs, batch processing, structured outputs, retries, and failure handling.<\/li><li>Working knowledge of deploying and maintaining applications including hosting, authentication, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.<\/li><li>Comfortable with Git, GitHub, open-source repositories, dependency management, and shared production codebases.<\/li><li>Ability to understand, review, debug, and maintain code, including code developed with AI system instructions, context management, prompt routing, and output validation for LLMs.<\/li><li>Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems and node-based generative workflows like ComfyUI or
