Engineer will develop and maintain relationships with key utilities and stakeholders, lead sales negotiations, and promote Hitachi Energy&#8217;s product portfolio to drive business growth in Riyadh.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Establish and nurture relationships with Saudi Energy and its subsidiaries to influence purchasing decisions and lead commercial negotiations.<\/li><li>Maintain strong connections with utility EPCs, consultants, and decision-makers to support business development and customer satisfaction.<\/li><li>Promote Hitachi Energy&#8217;s full range of products and systems by identifying customer needs and creating value-based solutions aligned with project requirements.<\/li><li>Develop and implement sales plans, monitor pipeline performance, conduct opportunity reviews, and apply corrective actions to meet targets.<\/li><li>Ensure proposals comply with technical, financial, and commercial criteria including pricing, payment, delivery, contract compliance, and risk assessment.<\/li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to customers covering product features, economic benefits, differentiation, and key values.<\/li><li>Achieve annual sales budgets and key performance indicators through proactive account management and market development.<\/li><li>Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Electrical Engineering Degree.<\/li><li>Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.<\/li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic.<\/li><li>Experience in proposal development, order logging, and risk reviews.<\/li><li>Good knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools.<\/li><li>Familiarity with Hitachi Energy\u2019s portfolio including Transformers, HV Products, and Capacitor Banks.<\/li><li>Ability to coordinate with factories, market managers, customers,
