databases, and generate statistical reports and maps to support the Needs and Population Monitoring unit under the supervision of senior programme coordinators.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Assist in implementing and monitoring project activities according to approved workplans.<\/li><li>Maintain, update, and operate programme databases and data collection systems.<\/li><li>Implement data gathering and information management mechanisms for accurate and timely data collection and reporting.<\/li><li>Monitor data collection processes including encoding, validation, storage, and transfer to IOM data repositories.<\/li><li>Process, clean, and perform basic analysis of data to support reporting and decision-making.<\/li><li>Support programme staff in adapting and using data collection tools, databases, and statistical outputs such as tables, charts, and maps.<\/li><li>Operate existing GIS systems to produce maps and spatial outputs using approved datasets and methodologies.<\/li><li>Provide user support and training materials for IM and GIS tools to programme staff and partners under supervision.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Management, related engineering fields with three years of relevant GIS and mapping experience, or High School diploma with five years of relevant experience.<\/li><li>Experience managing information flows, data collection, storage, processing, and analysis to create information products.<\/li><li>Knowledge of current information technology and information systems developments.<\/li><li>Experience with SQL databases, Microsoft Office, QGIS, and ArcGIS.<\/li><li>Skills in statistical information analysis and understanding of various data collection methodologies including KoboCollect applications.<\/li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic, both oral and
