Digitization team to deliver consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects across MENA, focusing on PropTech and real estate digital products.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Develop and implement product strategies based on market research and competitive analysis, emphasizing PropTech and real estate digital solutions.<\/li><li>Assess and adjust current products to align with evolving customer and market demands.<\/li><li>Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.<\/li><li>Create business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.<\/li><li>Enhance PropTech offerings such as real estate platforms, property management tools, marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, and smart property technologies.<\/li><li>Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to ensure ongoing optimization.<\/li><li>Provide mentorship to team members and support their development, performance, and engagement.<\/li><li>Act as Product Owner in Agile delivery, participating in ceremonies and guiding the development team on product and sprint backlogs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Hands-on experience in PropTech, including developing, managing, or scaling digital products in real estate.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; certifications are advantageous.<\/li><li>Proven success in launching and optimizing digital or enterprise solutions.<\/li><li>Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement.<\/li><li>In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategies.<\/li><li>Experience with management consulting firms for 2+ years is a plus.<\/li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.<\/li><li>Familiarity with
