and secure cloud platforms on GCP, focusing on reusable infrastructure and automation to streamline provisioning and application delivery.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Design and manage reliable cloud-native platforms on GCP centered around GKE.<\/li><li>Create reusable platform blueprints and infrastructure modules for standardized self-service provisioning.<\/li><li>Oversee Kubernetes cluster lifecycle including upgrades, scaling, and resource management.<\/li><li>Use infrastructure-as-code and platform engineering methods to enhance reliability, security, and cost efficiency.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain GitOps pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows with tools like Argo CD or Flux.<\/li><li>Implement policy-driven deployments and automated guardrails using OPA\/Gatekeeper and Kyverno.<\/li><li>Automate operations and improve developer experience through scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.<\/li><li>Troubleshoot Kubernetes networking, ingress, service discovery, and traffic management, including gateways and service mesh technologies such as Istio, NGINX, and HAProxy.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience in cloud, platform, or infrastructure engineering.<\/li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with GCP and Kubernetes, including production use of GKE.<\/li><li>Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.<\/li><li>Experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD\/Flux) and GitHub Actions\/Workflows.<\/li><li>Knowledge of policy-as-code tools such as OPA\/Gatekeeper or Kyverno.<\/li><li>Skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling development.<\/li><li>Strong understanding of cloud networking, gateways, Linux, and distributed systems.<\/li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and independently manage technical projects.<\/li><li>Experience creating reusable infrastructure modules, platform blueprints, or developer
