like an independent venture within the customer organization.<\/li><li>Clarify complex, high-stakes problems into actionable technical plans, prioritizing value-driven development.<\/li><li>Design and implement scalable, production-grade AI systems using LLMs.<\/li><li>Ensure adoption by delivering systems to users, measuring results, and iterating to achieve impact.<\/li><li>Lead enterprise teams in AI adoption and define technical directions for engagements.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Strong skills in Python or TypeScript and experience with modern DevOps for reliable production systems.<\/li><li>Practical experience with LLM tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Guardrails, MCP, or agent frameworks.<\/li><li>Understanding of AI system evaluation, debugging, and observability.<\/li><li>At least 1 year of experience building and deploying LLM-based applications or AI agents in production, including RAG pipelines and multi-step AI
