L3 at ZenHR is responsible for maintaining and developing new features for company products, collaborating with team members to build high-quality software, and supporting web and mobile applications along with server infrastructure.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of complex features and large projects.<\/li><li>Work with engineering leadership to define technical direction and success metrics.<\/li><li>Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through feedback and guidance.<\/li><li>Review designs and code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and security.<\/li><li>Identify and address technical debt to improve sustainability and reliability.<\/li><li>Collaborate with product and other teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.<\/li><li>Ensure quality standards by implementing testing, alerting, and documentation.<\/li><li>Demonstrate collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement as a role model.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.<\/li><li>4+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable systems professionally.<\/li><li>Proven experience leading technical projects or initiatives.<\/li><li>Strong skills in back-end and front-end development, including JavaScript and PostgreSQL.<\/li><li>Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails is a plus.<\/li><li>Good understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.<\/li><li>Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers.<\/li><li>Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure best practices.<\/li><li>Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives and
