troubleshooting of transmission and IP network infrastructure, ensuring network performance and service availability through second-line technical support and collaboration with various teams.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Conduct second-line troubleshooting for IP and transmission networks including routers, switches, MPLS, and transmission nodes.<\/li><li>Handle incident, problem, and configuration management to sustain network stability and performance.<\/li><li>Investigate transmission outages and service degradations.<\/li><li>Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade network devices and services.<\/li><li>Perform node acceptance, audits, and network health checks.<\/li><li>Collaborate with field, access, operations, and third-party teams to resolve complex network issues.<\/li><li>Manage escalations with third-line support as needed.<\/li><li>Review and verify transmission-related network changes and participate in technical investigations and continuous improvement efforts.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Requirements<\/h3><ul><li>1 to 4 years of experience in transmission network operations, support, or troubleshooting.<\/li><li>Knowledge of IP networking concepts and protocols.<\/li><li>Experience with Cisco routers and switches.<\/li><li>Experience troubleshooting transmission technologies and network nodes.<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with Ericsson transmission solutions such as Mini-Link TN, Mini-Link 6600, Mini-Link 6352, R6000, and SIU\/TCU is an advantage.<\/li><li>Understanding of configuration, incident, problem, and change management processes.<\/li><li>Experience using network management and monitoring tools.<\/li><li>Telecom industry experience is preferred.<\/li><li>Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus.<\/li><li>Cisco and\/or Ericsson networking certifications are preferred.<\/li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<\/li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.<\/li><li>Attention to detail, accountability, and customer focus.<\/li><li>Willingness to work
