Lead will manage and grow Joint Replacement activities within the Central Region, focusing on customer relationships, sales targets, and product delivery.<\/p><h3>Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned area.<\/li><li>Monitor trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations, reporting findings to management.<\/li><li>Execute sales activities aligned with regional targets and company strategies, and prepare sales reports as requested.<\/li><li>Plan, conduct, and report on customer and partner visits and product demonstrations based on sales goals and customer needs.<\/li><li>Assess customer proposals and prepare comprehensive material lists according to their requirements.<\/li><li>Inform customers about purchasing procedures and collaborate with the tender department to support project procurement and reporting.<\/li><li>Track delivery schedules and update customers accordingly.<\/li><li>Manage delivery, installation, post-sales training, and attend surgery cases related to the products.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Must haves<\/h3><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, medical, or related field.<\/li><li>At least 3 years of sales experience with a diploma in a related field; higher education preferred.<\/li><li>Experience in the Orthopaedic field.<\/li><li>Knowledge of Medical Device environment and Medical Device regulations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Nice to haves<\/h3><ul><li>Experience in Joint Replacement is highly desirable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<div
